TGS follows NCERT /CBSE curriculum.

Yes, Day School and Day Boarding is Co-education. There is a Hostel facility within the campus for boys (Grades III to XII) and separate for girls (Grades VIII to XII).

The student – teacher ratio is 20:1.

The average class strength is 40 per section.

Please note we do not have Air-Conditioned Classrooms or Hostel Rooms.

To ensure conducive, happy and disciplined (with Indian values) growth of our kids, below are our few key efforts/measures,

Disciplined Environment: Discipline, of all our staff members and the “Students”, is one of the foremost priority of the school. 

Emphasis on Reading Habits: A good reading habit is the best teacher of oneself. We at TGS, through library and reading periods try to inculcate the reading habits in our kids. To facilitate good reading habits, apart from the books issued from the Library we also subscribe to “Newspaper” for each of our students from Grade 5 onwards.

Inclusive Learning: If you engage a student he/she will learn and grow. To engage, he/she needs to understand the subject. At TGS we cater our teaching as per the level of understanding of the students. To achieve this, we run remedial classes.  

Emphasis on physical activity (Sports): To ensure mental growth, physical activity is must. At TGS we have dedicated space for each of the 13 sports that we offer along with qualified and experienced coaches. 

Extra-curricular Activities: For a balanced growth we adequately focus on non-scholastic activities like – Elocution, Quiz, Literary Writings, Art & Craft, Vocals and Plays. This is achieved through the specific clubs and the planned event each year.

To meet the Principal you need an appointment, scheduled at least a day before.

Meeting with Teachers will happen only on Saturday to ensure no disturbance to academics and this meeting as well has to be scheduled. 

There will be no change in the school program once selected.

A route map with assigned Bus stops is available with our Transport Department for your perusal.

We have complete supervision and tracking in all our vehicles(buses and vans) to ensure complete safety of your ward.
